What is Sports Massage?
Sports Massage is a form of deep massage which involves the release of soft tissues. Soft tissue includes fascia, muscles, tendons and ligaments. Our deep muscles may at times become stiff and are unable to function optimally, frequently because of inadequate stretches, excessive overloading, or even poor posture. These muscular strains may sometimes cause severe pain, stiffness, or reduced range of motion in joints.
